So, I did a search on the internet and a Hawkinson Nissan representative was the first to respond.  Being the first to respond was not what earned my business, here is what did.

On my first trip to Hawkinson Nissan I met with Jay Gorzinski, we went over the details of what I was looking for.  Jay assured me that he would make every effort to locate the car that I was looking for, however I had some very specific requests as far as color, options and my monthly payment, which limited my options.  I asked Jay to be up front with me about wether or not it was realistic of me to think that he could find a car that met all of my expectations.  Jay assured me that he and the team at Hawkinson Nissan would do their best, but at the very least he would keep in touch and keep me informed.  Jay would have Bob look for the car that I desired at Nissan auctions, but it could take some time to locate what I was looking for in my price range.
Jay contacted me later that week to let me know that they were looking, but had not found anything yet, he was keeping his promise to keep me informed.  Not only did Jay follow up with me many times, his teammates at Hawkinson NIssan did as well, creating multiple relationships within your company.  In todays economy I would think that people would be hard pressed to provide the best customer service possible in order to make a sale and create a repeat customer, but the impression left on me by the team at Hawkinson Nissan is that bad economy or not you are all about customer service and satisfaction. 
I cannot express to you in words the appreciation I have for the way I was treated by EVERYONE at Hawkinson Nissan, but especially by Jay, who not only would not take credit for finding the car I purchased, but also continues to be sure that I am a satisfied customer.  Jay was thorough, friendly, informative and professional.
I can assure you that you have my loyalty when I make my next vehicle purchase, but more than that I will refer everyone I know to Hawkinson Nissan.  I am more than satisfied with my Altima, but even if I wasn’t I would find a way to purchase a different car from Hawkinson Nissan in the future because I have never in my life been treated so kindly through the car buying process.

When I came in to pick up my Altima, I was very excited as you might imagine.  Jay had all of the necessary paper work ready for me to sign, my new car was clean and ready to go.  I cannot imagine this process going any smoother than it did for me.  Prior to purchasing from Hawkinson Nissan, I dreaded the car buying process, thank you for making it such a pleasurable one.
Jay Gorzinski is an asset to your Hawkinson Nissan team, you are lucky to have him, but as I said earlier, every single employee I came in contact with at Hawkinson Nissan was kind, friendly and made me feel like I was dealing with friends not salespeople.
I work for a family owned company myself and very much enjoy the atmosphere of one, it is obvious that at Hawkinson Nissan you value that as well.
I cannot thank you enough for making my experience with Hawkinson Nissan such a pleasant one.
