Hawkinson Nissan Great Customer Service!
Dear Mr. Hawkinson,
My name is Tamekia L. and I just purchased A 2008 Altima last week. When I began looking for A car I had my mind set that I did not want another Nissan. My husband (Kwame) had purchased his last 2 cars from Hawkinson so it was out of the question.
When we came out car shopping I said that we can go to Nissan just for the customer service but, I still wasn’t going to get a Nissan I had my heart set on the 09 Camry. When we came to your location, as always we were greeted by your wonderful staff that always makes you feel like you are apart of the “Hawk” family. When Sam Wallace saw us come in he knew who we were and welcomed us with open arms. I told Sam that was not buying a Nissan I only came because my Husband wanted me to. Sam then allowed us to test drive a couple of cars then tried to convince me but I wasn’t moving, my mind was made up.
We then left and went to Planet Toyota. I must say the customer service is nothing like Hawkinson. I test drove the vehicle with a pushy salesmen that would not allow me to enjoy the drive (unlike you all, will allow me to drive by myself). Three and four salesmen hounding me to finance through them when I kept telling them I wasn’t (unlike you all, that wanted to just make me happy no matter who I financed with). They didn’t want to give me A bill of sale for the car (unlike you all, who said take the car and go..LOL). All the while Sam is calling making sure they were treating us good. Very disappointed, my husband and I came back to Nissan.
Sam Wallace was the best. He gave a comparison of the two cars, explained to me all the features of the Altima, and most of all how you can get more for your money with the Altima. After weighing my options I slowly came around to liking the Altima but, never once did Sam pressure me. I believe he just stated the facts.
In the final walk through of the car I then met another one of your wonderful staff members Tim Curran. Tim congratulated me on the car. Made sure Sam did everything he was suppose to do (which he did). If we needed anything to just call. I just wanted to tell you thank you for treating your customers so good and now
