I want to share the following letter I received from Mary Stanis and Pam Schultz employees of the Frankfort Park District Preschool Staff.  A very creative piece of writing…the pleasure was all ours!

“Dear Bob and Jim:
 We would like to take this opportunity to let you know we think you are the Altima!!  It is nice to know that Titans of business, such as yourselves, have the Maxima interest in bettering our community.
We here at the Frankfort Park District Preschool would like to Thank You for your Quest to help our children to see new Frontiers.
It was an Xterra special treat for the children and Armada of teachers and parents to see the Emerald Theater Company’s Versa of “Suessical the Musical”.
The only thing that would make it any better would have been to have a glass of milk and a big plate of Muranos.
We have Sentra you this letter to you just to let you know how much we loved it and to Thank You for your contribution.”

Bob and I often get comments from our sales and service customers, giving feedback about their experience at Hawkinson Nissan.  One struck me as special.  A customer wrote: ” In my experience, having purchased many cars from Hawkinson Nissan over the years, Hawkinson is unique.  Even in comparision to the local Lexus dealership”  Now, that’s a compliment we want to share, because everyone knows that Lexus dealerships are the pinnacle of customer service operations in our business.  Our motto at Hawkinson Nissan is “Customers for Life”  This is a bold motto, because it takes alot of training/coaching and a huge effort by everyone at Hawkinson Nissan to treat customers so “uniquely” that they will remain a Hawkinson Nissan Customer for Life.  We appreciate the feedback from all our customers.  Jim Hawkinson, owner, Hawkinson Nissan
